Bikanervala Foods Won’t Raise Sweet Prices Despite Higher Milk Costs

Bikanervala Foods Ltd announced it won’t increase sweet prices even though milk prices have risen. Amul and Mother Dairy have raised milk prices by ₹2 per litre.

Manish Aggarwal, Director of Bikano, said the company will absorb the extra milk costs without passing them on to customers. He mentioned that while the rise in milk prices could affect consumers and small sweet shops, the demand for sweets and milk-based products is expected to remain stable.

Aggarwal added that the company is trying to balance consumer price sensitivity and market competition. If high milk prices continue, Bikanervala might have to adjust its prices in the future.

Bikanervala Foods is a major player in the sweets and snacks market.
