Upcoming IPOs: Kronox Lab Sciences, Magenta Lifecare, and Sattrix Set to Launch Next Week

The upcoming week will see significant activity in the primary market despite the ongoing general elections and market volatility. Three new initial public offerings (IPOs) are set to launch, including one on the mainboard segment and two on the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment.

Additionally, six new listings are scheduled to debut on the Indian stock exchanges next week.

Lunawat expressed optimism about the upcoming IPOs, noting increased domestic capital, improved governance practices, a thriving entrepreneurial spirit, and supportive government policies, particularly regarding foreign direct investment (FDI).

Here’s a preview of the IPOs opening for subscription next week:

  1. Kronox Lab Sciences IPO:
    • Opens for subscription from June 3 to June 5, 2024.
    • Book-built issue with an offer for sale of 0.96 crore shares, totaling ₹130.15 crores.
    • Price band set at ₹129 to ₹136 per share.
  2. Magenta Lifecare IPO:
    • Opens for subscription from June 5 to June 7, 2024.
    • Fixed-price offering with a fresh issuance of 20 lakh shares, totaling ₹7 crore.
    • Price fixed at ₹35 per share.
  3. Sattrix IPO:
    • Opens for subscription from June 5 to June 7, 2024.
    • SME IPO with a fresh issue of 18 lakh shares, totaling ₹21.78 crores.
    • Price band set at ₹121 per share.

More IPOs are expected, including the Associated Coaters IPO, adding to the market activity next week.
