Tata Motors Teases Curvv EV: All You Need to Know About the Exciting New SUV Coupé

Tata Motors is developing several electric cars, and they have just teased one of their most anticipated models, the Curvv EV, hinting at its upcoming launch.

“A new icon – A new silhouette – An SUV coupé. #TataCURVV #TataCurvvEV – coming soon,” the teaser read. The teaser shows the car’s silhouette and some design elements. Currently, Tata sells four electric cars: Tiago EV (₹7.99 lakh), Punch EV (₹10.99 lakh), Tigor EV (₹12.49 lakh), and Nexon EV (₹14.49 lakh).

The Curvv EV is expected to be priced slightly higher than the Nexon EV.

Design and Features

Tata had previously announced that the electric version of the Curvv will be launched first, followed by internal combustion engine (ICE) models. The Curvv EV is expected to feature a tall bumper with a wide air dam, similar to the designs of its larger siblings, the Harrier and Safari facelifts.

Performance

In terms of powertrain, the Curvv EV is expected to offer an impressive range of 400-500 km on a single charge, thanks to its larger battery pack. This is significantly higher than the Nexon EV, which has a 30.2 kWh battery pack. The Curvv EV is also expected to have a dual-motor setup, enabling all-wheel drive capability for better performance on different terrains.

Conclusion

The Tata Curvv EV is set to be a game-changer in the electric vehicle market with its advanced features and impressive range. Stay tuned for more updates on its launch and specifications.
