Yatra Online: Yatra Online, the corporate travel services firm, is set to debut its equity shares on both the BSE and NSE today. The IPO shares, priced at Rs 142 per share, were allotted on September 25.

Aurobindo Pharma: Auro Vaccines, a subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has entered into a significant license agreement with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte Limited. This agreement involves the development, manufacture, and commercialization of a pentavalent vaccine candidate for children’s vaccination. Milestone payments and royalties will be exchanged as development and commercialization milestones are achieved.

Dixon Technologies: Xiaomi Technology India has signed an agreement with Padget Electronics, a subsidiary of Dixon Technologies, for the production of smartphones and related products at Padget’s manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

SJVN: SJVN has initiated mechanical spinning for unit-I of the 60 MW Naitwar Mori Hydro Electric Project (NMHEP) in Mori, Uttarakhand. The project is expected to generate 265.5 million units of electricity annually and involves a 37 km 220 KV transmission line for power evacuation.

Tata Power Company: Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL), a subsidiary of Tata Power, will establish a 41 MW captive solar plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, to support TP Solar’s new 4.3 GW solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Tirunelveli. This initiative will contribute to generating 101 million units of electricity and offsetting approximately 72,000 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.

Reliance Industries: Reliance Jio, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has reported a substantial net addition of 39.07 lakh wireless subscribers in July 2023, holding a 38.60% market share of wireless subscribers as of that month.

Bharti Airtel: Bharti Airtel added 15.17 lakh subscribers in July, increasing its market share to 32.74% in the wireless subscribers segment.

Vodafone Idea: Vodafone Idea, however, continued to lose subscribers, with a decline of 13.2 lakh subscribers in July 2023, resulting in a market share of 19.92% in the wireless subscribers segment.

NBCC India: The state-owned construction company has initiated the e-auction of commercial built-up space in World Trade Centre, New Delhi, with an offering of 14.75 lakh square feet valued at Rs 5,716.43 crore. The e-auction is scheduled for October 23, 2023.

Oberoi Realty: Oberoi Realty has entered into a Development Agreement for the development and redevelopment of approximately 13,450 square meters of land in Tardeo, Mumbai. This project is expected to yield around 2.5 lakh square feet (on carpet area) of free sale component.

Cellecor Gadgets: Delhi-based electronic gadgets maker Cellecor Gadgets will make its debut on the NSE Emerge on September 28, with an issue price of Rs 92 per share, and its equity shares will be available for trading in the trade-for-trade segment.

Marco Cables & Conductors: The wires, cable wires, and conductors manufacturing company, Marco Cables & Conductors, will also make its debut on the NSE Emerge on September 28, with an offer price of Rs 36 per share, and its equity shares will be available for trading in the trade-for-trade segment.

Hi-Green Carbon: Trading in shares of waste tire recycling company Hi-Green Carbon will commence on the NSE Emerge on September 28, with an offer price of Rs 75 per share, and its equity shares will be available for trading in the trade-for-trade segment.
