Hindalco Industries’ subsidiary, Novelis, has filed for a US initial public offering (IPO) to offer 45 million shares, with a price range set at $18-21 per share.

PNB Housing Finance

PNB Housing Finance is expected to see a block deal worth ₹500 crore in the coming days, though details on the sellers have not been disclosed.
