Godrej Properties Achieves Record Sales of Rs 2,600 Crore in Gurugram’s Godrej Aristocrat Project

In a significant milestone, Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, has successfully sold apartments worth over Rs 2,600 crore in its project, Godrej Aristocrat, situated in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.

This marks Godrej Properties’ most lucrative launch to date in terms of sales value, surpassing its previous record of over Rs 2,000 crore achieved at the Godrej Tropical Isle project in Noida last quarter.

Golf Course Extension Road, known for its established residential character, offers access to high-quality social infrastructure and is closely connected to well-established commercial hubs on Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Sohna Road.

Expressing the company’s commitment to the Gurugram market, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, stated, “Gurugram is an extremely important market for Godrej Properties. We hope to launch four new projects in Gurugram in 2024 and will endeavor to create outstanding residential communities that deliver long-term value for residents.”

Godrej Properties has been actively expanding in and around the National Capital Region (NCR) post-COVID. The company acquired approximately 62 acres of land in Kurukshetra, Haryana, for developing 1.4 million sq ft of plotted residential development. Additionally, it secured two land parcels for a residential project in Noida through an auction for Rs 377 crore, as part of its aggressive expansion strategy in the NCR.
