Procter & Gamble Health: Procter & Gamble Health Ltd has declared a final dividend of ₹50 per share. The FMCG major witnessed a substantial jump in its net profit for the quarter ending September 30, with a 36.5% surge to ₹210.7 crore from ₹154.4 crore in the corresponding period the previous year.
Stock Split:
Shaily Engineering Plastics: Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd has declared a stock split in a ratio of 1:5, reducing the face value from Rs 10 per share to ₹2 per share. In the September quarter, the company reported a net profit of ₹9.85 crore, up 4.49% from ₹9.43 crore a year ago.
