This follows a similar purchase in April by Kiran Gems’ managing director, Mavjibhai Patel, who bought a luxury apartment for over Rs 97 crore on the 47th floor of the same tower.

Lakhani bought the apartment from Sahana Group’s Skylark Buildcon and Moon Rays Realty, part of Oasis Realty’s joint venture with Oberoi Realty, which developed the project.

Three Sixty West features two towers: one with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other with luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. Lakhani’s purchase includes exclusive access to seven car parking slots and an additional 884 sq ft balcony area.

Kiran Gems, established in 1985, is renowned for producing diamonds and precious stones and is an authorized buyer of rough diamonds from the De Beers Group.

Sahana Group confirmed the deal, but Kiran Gems and Lakhani did not respond to requests for comments.

Mumbai’s real estate market hit an all-time high in 2023, with robust demand for mid-income, premium, and luxury properties. The city, known for its expensive real estate, saw record property deals, with over 10,000 registrations each month in early 2024. High-value transactions in South and Central Mumbai have significantly contributed to this trend, involving industrialists, executives, actors, and sports personalities.
