  25. Shakti Pumps: The company received approval from the Board of Directors to make an investment of Rs 114.29 crore in subsidiary Shakti EV Mobility.
  26. Vivaa Tradecom: The clothing and garment manufacturing company will list equity shares on the BSE SME on October 12 at an issue price of Rs. 51 per share.
