Inox Green Energy

  • Investor Ashish Kacholia invested ₹40 crore in Inox Green Energy Services as part of the company’s ₹1,050 crore fundraising plan.

Titagarh Rail Systems

  • Blackrock bought over 9.46 lakh shares in Titagarh Rail Systems for ₹153.12 crore through block deals.

India Cements

  • India Cements will be removed from the futures and options (F&O) segment after the August series.

JSW Energy

  • JSW Energy’s subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy, signed power purchase agreements (PPAs) for wind and solar projects with a total capacity of 1,325 MW.

SJVN

  • SJVN signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AM Ammonia India for green ammonia plants.

RVNL

  • The KRDCL-RVNL joint venture received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for a project worth ₹156.47 crore from Southern Railway.

KEC International

  • KEC International received new orders worth ₹1,025 crore in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and cable businesses.

CSB Bank

  • FIH Mauritius is likely to sell a 9.72% stake in CSB Bank through block deals on Thursday.

Dr Reddy’s

  • Dr Reddy’s subsidiary, Reddy’s Laboratories SA in Switzerland, entered into a definitive agreement with Haleon plc to acquire Nicotinell and related brands.

Jubilant Ingrevia

  • Jubilant Ingrevia appointed Varun Gupta as the chief financial officer, effective August 12, 2024.

Bharti Airtel

  • Bharti Airtel acquired 97 MHz spectrum in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 2100 MHz frequency bands for ₹6,857 crore.
