PUMA India has teamed up with the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) to be the official footwear partner for the Indian team at the Paris Olympics 2024. They have launched a campaign called “See the Game Like We Do” to celebrate Indian athletes’ achievements.
As part of this partnership, more than 100 Indian athletes will receive various products to enhance their training and comfort. These products include footwear, backpacks, yoga mats, headbands, wristbands, socks, and towels. Remarkably, 45 of these athletes are part of the PUMA team, making it the largest group representing a single brand from India this year.
Karthik Balagopalan, Managing Director of PUMA India, said, “We are excited to support our athletes with the best footwear and accessories. We hope our campaign will inspire others and encourage young athletes in India.”
PT Usha, President of the Indian Olympic Association, expressed confidence that the athletes, equipped with PUMA’s high-quality gear, would perform well at the Olympics. She highlighted the importance of such collaborations in boosting India’s chances of winning medals.
PUMA’s “See the Game Like We Do” campaign features spectacular outdoor displays across Mumbai, showcasing the skills of Indian athletes like PV Sindhu, Kishore Jena, and PR Sreejesh. By comparing their achievements to everyday experiences, PUMA aims to inspire and support Indian Olympians.
