P&G Hygiene and Health Care Appoints Mrinalini Srinivasan as New CFO

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd, the company behind Vicks and Whisper, announced on Tuesday that Mrinalini Srinivasan will be the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting June 29, 2024. She will replace Prashant Bhatnagar, who is retiring after nearly 28 years with the company.

Mrinalini Srinivasan has 16 years of experience in finance. She joined P&G in 2008 and has worked in Singapore, India, and Dubai. She has led important projects and achieved great results for various P&G businesses. She was also the Regional Business Planning Director for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and the Finance Director for the Feminine Care business in these regions.

Speaking about her new role, Mrinalini Srinivasan said, “I am honored and excited to take on this new role. I believe in the company’s mission to improve people’s lives in small but meaningful ways every day. This role gives me a chance to work with different stakeholders to implement our growth strategy and delight our consumers. I look forward to contributing to P&G’s growth in India.”

Mrinalini is a graduate of the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. She currently leads Corporate Finance and is the Executive Sponsor of Gender Equality for P&G India. Before this, she was the Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India.
