Amit Anchal, an executive with Ola Group, has purchased a luxury villa in Bengaluru for ₹13.5 crore. The property is located in the Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas on Marathahalli Outer Ring Road in East Bengaluru. The purchase was registered on July 16, with Amit Anchal and Archana Singh listed as the buyers. Anchal, who currently serves as a strategic consultant for Ola, has previously worked on strategy and corporate finance for both Ola and Ola Electric.

The villa, developed by Adarsh Developers, is part of a gated community that features various amenities, including a modern gym, a banquet hall, swimming pools, badminton courts, and both indoor and outdoor play areas. The community includes 800 Victorian-style villas spread across a 110-acre estate. The luxury villa itself spans 4,774 square feet.
Initial Public Offer
In other news, Ola Electric Mobility has launched its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO), which opened on August 2. The IPO has a price range set between ₹72 and ₹76 per share and will be available for subscription until August 5. On the first day, the offering was subscribed 0.38 times. Investors can bid for a minimum of 195 shares, with additional bids in multiples of 195 shares. The minimum investment for retail investors is ₹14,820.
The IPO follows a Book Building Process, with at least 75% of the net offer reserved for qualified institutional buyers, up to 15% for non-institutional bidders, and up to 10% for retail individual investors. Ola Electric, one of India’s first fully electric vehicle companies to go public, is led by Bhavish Aggarwal, the company’s Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director.
