Maruti Suzuki Enhances Warranty Programs for All Vehicles – Coverage and Customer Benefits Expanded!

Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest carmaker, announced on Tuesday that it is extending its warranty programs for all its vehicles.

New Standard Warranty

The company has increased the standard warranty to 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) from the previous 2 years or 40,000 km. This new warranty will apply to all vehicles delivered from July 9, 2024, onwards.

Coverage Details

The extended standard warranty covers the engine, transmission, mechanical components, electrical systems, and air conditioning, excluding consumables. Customers can get free repairs at any authorized Maruti Suzuki service center across the country during the warranty period.

Extended Warranty Packages

Maruti Suzuki has also expanded its extended warranty options, now offering coverage for up to 6 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first). The extended warranty now includes 11 high-value parts that were previously only covered under the standard warranty.
