Manba Finance IPO Allotment Today: Here’s How to Check Status, GMP, and Listing Date

The share allotment for Manba Finance’s IPO is expected to be finalized today. Investors will receive shares through a lottery system overseen by the registrar. On this day, you can find out how many shares you’ve been allotted compared to your bid.

To check on the BSE website:

  2. Choose the company’s name from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your application number or PAN number to see your status.

To check on the Link Intime India website:

  1. Visit the Link Intime India website (https://linkintime.co.in/initial_offer/public-issues.html).
  2. Select the Manba Finance IPO.
  3. Enter your PAN details and click search.

Manba Finance GMP:

The company’s shares are expected to list on stock exchanges on September 30. In the grey market, Manba Finance’s shares are trading at a premium of ₹58, or 49% above the issue price.

IPO Subscription:

The Manba Finance IPO was highly popular, getting over 200 times the subscription. The company plans to use the raised funds to strengthen its capital base and support future lending and general operations.

Manba Finance, based in Mumbai, provides loans to both salaried and self-employed individuals. It’s one of the leading providers of two-wheeler loans, with these making up 92% of its total assets. From FY 2022 to FY 2024, its assets under management (AUM) grew from ₹495.82 crore to ₹936.85 crore, a 37.46% increase.

In FY24, Manba Finance reported a profit of ₹31.41 crore, a jump of 89% from the previous year, and saw revenue grow by 44%, driven by higher interest income.

Manba Finance’s shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with Hem Securities acting as the lead manager and Link Intime India as the registrar for the IPO.
