IPO Buzz: Garuda Construction and Shiv Texchem Lead 2 New Public Issues Next Week, Plus 6 SME Listings to Watch

After a wave of recent IPOs, the primary market is set to slow down a bit next week, with only two companies offering public issues.

New IPOs:

  • Garuda Construction IPO
    Garuda Construction, a company in the civil construction business, will launch its IPO on October 8. The offer includes fresh shares worth ₹173 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹90 crore. The price range for the IPO is set between ₹92-95 per share, and investors can buy 157 shares per lot. The company aims to use ₹100 crore from the fresh issue to support working capital needs and other corporate purposes. The IPO will be open until October 10, with 35% of the shares reserved for retail investors, 50% for qualified institutional buyers, and 15% for non-institutional investors.
  • Shiv Texchem IPO
    Shiv Texchem, a company that imports and distributes hydrocarbon-based chemicals used by various industries, will open its IPO for public subscription on October 8. The IPO will raise ₹101 crore through the sale of 61.05 lakh fresh shares. The price range for the shares is between ₹158-166, and investors can purchase 800 shares per lot.

Next week will also see six SME companies listed on the stock exchange. These include:

  • Saj Hotels
  • Subam Papers
  • Paramount Dye Tec
  • NeoPolitan Pizza
  • Kyati Global Ventures

Future IPO Pipeline:

The IPO market looks promising for the rest of the financial year. Reports suggest that 26 companies, planning to raise ₹72,000 crore, have already received approval from SEBI. Additionally, 55 more companies, aiming to raise about ₹89,000 crore, are waiting for the regulator’s nod.
