Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has started accepting bookings for its new SUV, the Alcazar, with an initial deposit of ₹25,000. The South Korean car manufacturer aims to expand its range of SUVs in India with this launch.

Hyundai has introduced four versions of the Alcazar: Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature, catering to different customer preferences.

The new Alcazar has a striking front design with a fresh bumper, redesigned hood, skid plate, and a dark chrome grille that adds a bold touch to the vehicle. The SUV also features new H-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and Quad Beam LED headlights, enhancing its road presence. The design is complemented by new diamond-cut alloy wheels, black cladding, and bridge-type roof rails.
At the rear, the Alcazar has been designed to appear wider and taller, giving it a modern SUV look. This includes new Signature Connected LED Tail lamps, a redesigned tailgate, a new spoiler with an integrated stop lamp, and a new bumper with skid plate design.
Inside, the Alcazar offers a high-tech, luxurious interior that feels spacious and comfortable. It comes in both 6-seater and 7-seater configurations, making it a great choice for both adventure lovers and city drivers. The SUV also boasts over 70 connected car features, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable driving experience. Additionally, it comes in 9 striking colors, including the new Robust Emerald Matte.

The Alcazar offers two engine choices: a 1.5 Turbo GDi petrol engine paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT), and a 1.5 U2 CRDi diesel engine with a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
