Dixon Technologies Launches New Subsidiary, Dixon Teletech, for IT Hardware Manufacturing
Dixon Technologies announced on Tuesday that it has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary called Dixon Teletech, which will focus on making components for IT hardware products.
The company is expanding its facilities to increase laptop assembly production under the government’s production-linked incentive scheme for IT hardware. This initiative comes as Dixon receives orders from major laptop brands in India, including HP, Lenovo, Acer, and Asus.
In an exchange filing, Dixon stated that the new subsidiary will manufacture and sell various information technology products, including IT hardware components and related equipment.
