BlinkX, the digital stockbroking division of JM Financial, has opened the BlinkX Gen AI Lab in Mumbai to improve operations and customer experiences. This 10,000 sq ft facility houses a team of researchers and developers focused on creating personalized trading strategies, risk management, portfolio optimization, and quicker decision-making for customers.
Soumya Pattanayak, Associate Director of MarTech, AI, and Digital Marketing at BlinkX, said, “The BlinkX Gen AI Lab marks a significant leap in our AI capabilities. One of our key innovations is automated creative commentary generation, providing personalized, real-time content tailored to each client’s portfolio and market events.”
The lab’s AI-driven Hyper Personalized Nudge Engine will send custom nudges to customers based on their behavior and preferences, using advanced customer data from machine learning models. The lab is also working on several AI projects, including Customer Behavioral Models, Real-Time Analysis, Advanced Data Infrastructure, Automated Customer Engagement, and Marketing.

Additionally, the BlinkX Gen AI Lab has introduced BlinkX Insights, a tool similar to ChatGPT for financial information.
