Blinkit, a hyper-local delivery company, has introduced a limited-time feature for the Raksha Bandhan festival. The platform now allows international orders so that people living abroad can send Rakhis and gifts to their siblings in India.
Blinkit’s Raksha Bandhan special offer is available until August 19. Customers can place orders from six countries: the USA, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Japan.
In a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Blinkit co-founder and CEO Albinder Dhindsa announced, “Raksha Bandhan special—we’ve activated international orders on Blinkit till August 19.”
He added, “Folks living abroad can now send Rakhis and gifts to their siblings in India, and we’ll deliver them in just 10 minutes!”
Dhindsa also mentioned the specific countries from where orders can be placed, ensuring that families can stay connected during this festive season, no matter the distance.
