Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd expects to earn Rs 800 crore from its new housing project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). On Tuesday, the company announced the launch of Wembley-24, a high-rise tower in Majiwada, Thane, featuring 457 residential flats.
The Majiwada project is expected to generate around Rs 800 crore in revenue over the next four years. The project’s cost is estimated at Rs 300 crore, as the company owns the land.
On the launch day, the company received a strong response with pre-sales of about 150 units. “The high pre-bookings and strong interest at launch show the market’s demand for quality residential spaces,” said Yogendra D Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Agri Fert & Realty.
Founded in 1962, Bharat Agri Fert & Realty operates in three business areas: fertilizers, real estate, and hospitality. It is listed on stock exchanges.
In the fertilizer business, the company is temporarily leasing its assets to address supply chain disruptions and is considering future manufacturing operations. The real estate segment focuses on a key project in Thane City, while the hospitality segment includes Anchaviyo Resort.
