Integrum Energy Files Draft Papers for BSE SME IPO: Clean Energy Solutions Provider Set for Market Debut

Integrum Energy Infrastructure Ltd has filed papers with the BSE SME for its upcoming IPO. The company focuses on providing renewable energy solutions to industrial and commercial clients, using solar, wind, and hybrid installations to help reduce energy costs and environmental impact.

The IPO will offer up to 54,90,000 shares, with 49,50,000 being fresh issues and 5,40,000 as part of the offer-for-sale (OFS). Promoters Shyam Sundar Maheshwari and Shipra Goel will be selling shares through the OFS. Currently, the promoters, including Anand Lahoti and Puneet Goel, hold 94.83% of the company’s equity.

IPO Purpose

The funds raised will be used to meet working capital needs, invest in its subsidiary Integrum Green Assets for building a solar power plant, and support acquisitions and other corporate initiatives.

Beeline Capital Advisors is managing the issue, and Integrated Registry Management will handle the registrar duties. Oriana Power Ltd, with a P/E ratio of 63.66, is the only comparable listed company.

As of March 31, 2024, Integrum reported revenues of ₹23,324.07 lakhs, an EBITDA of ₹2,075.57 lakhs, and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,515.19 lakhs.

Founded in 2021 and based in Bengaluru, Integrum helps businesses switch to clean energy and reduce emissions. With its leadership team and strong focus on renewable energy, the company is working on a solar power project in Karnataka to continue its mission of promoting sustainability and operational efficiency.
