Sara Ali Khan Invests Over ₹22 Crore in Two Office Spaces in Mumbai

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has purchased two office spaces totaling nearly 4,200 sq ft in a commercial project located in Oshiwara, a suburb of Mumbai, for more than ₹22.26 crore.

Sara, along with her mother Amrita Singh, acquired the offices on the 9th floor directly from the developer, Veer Savarkar Projects. Each office covers an area of 2,099 sq ft, and they paid over ₹1.33 crore in stamp duty for the registration of the deals, which took place on October 10. The agreement value for both properties is ₹11.13 crore each, and they come with three exclusive car parking slots.

This isn’t Sara’s first real estate investment; last year, she bought an office of similar size on the fourth floor of the same building for ₹9 crore.

Several other Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, Kajol, and Kartik Aryan, have also purchased offices in this tower. Real estate has become a popular investment for high-net-worth individuals, with many celebrities acquiring properties for personal use and investment purposes. Other notable figures in Bollywood, such as Shahrukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Aishwarya Rai, have also invested in real estate in recent years.
