Aside from the stock split, the board will also discuss other important matters such as appointing Arun Batra as Director of Operations and Vivek Dave as an Independent Director. They will also set up an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee and adopt new ESG policies. Additionally, the board will review the company’s business activities, receive reports from external experts, and evaluate the progress of an inquiry involving Robin Raina.

After the announcement, the stock price jumped over 3% on the BSE, trading at ₹2,950 by 1:15 pm. It reached a high of ₹2,965 during the day, up by 4%.

So far in 2024, the stock has soared by an impressive 2,501%. Over the past year, it has risen by 7,299%, providing significant gains to investors. The stock hit its 52-week high of ₹3,169 on October 7, 2024, and its 52-week low of ₹40.87 on October 13, 2024.
