Khyati Global serves international wholesalers and importers for supermarket chains. The company offers a broad range of well-known Indian brands such as Everest, Parle G, MDH, Haldiram’s, and others, as well as locally produced goods.

IPO Subscription Status

On the first day of bidding, the IPO was subscribed 1.81 times. The retail portion was the most active, with 2.85 times subscription, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 77%.

By 14:27 IST, bids had been placed for 31,78,800 shares, compared to the 17,54,400 shares on offer, according to data from chittorgarh.com.

IPO Details

The Khyati Global Ventures IPO is worth ₹18.30 crore. This includes a fresh issue of 1,048,000 equity shares, along with an offer for sale of 800,000 shares. The company plans to use the funds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The lead manager for the IPO is Aryaman Financial Services Limited, with Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd as the registrar. Aryaman Capital Markets is the market maker for the IPO.
