ITC Hotels is planning to expand its current portfolio of 130 hotels to 200 within the next five years. CEO Anil Chadha shared that the company is on a path of rapid growth, aiming to increase its inventory to over 18,000 keys from the current 12,000.
In an international move, ITC Hotels will be launching its first overseas property, the 352-key ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo, later this month. This property boasts spacious rooms, set to be the largest in the city.
Over the past two years, ITC Hotels has introduced 25 new hotels across India, with a focus on expanding into tier two and tier three markets.
Chadha highlighted the rise of experiential travel and emphasized the unique guest experiences offered by ITC Hotels across its brands, including Storii, Mementos, Welcomhotel, Fortune, and Welcomheritage.
ITC plans to introduce Club ITC Master Key, an integrated offering aimed at providing immersive experiences to guests, from dining experiences to exploring local attractions.
The upcoming ultra-luxury hotel in Sri Lanka will feature various accommodation options, extensive banqueting space, a variety of dining options, and the renowned Kaya Kalp – The Royal Spa.
New openings scheduled for this fiscal year include Welcomhotels in Belagavi, Jabalpur, and Gangtok, a Mementos hotel in Jaipur, and Storii hotels in Kolkata, Sirmour, and Prayagraj.
ITC’s hotel portfolio encompasses various brands catering to different segments, including luxury, upper upscale, mid-market to upscale, and heritage leisure. The recent additions of Mementos and Storii cater to the luxury and premium segments, respectively.
